1. 拥有外国国籍的公民，身体健康。
1. Applicants shall be foreign country nationality citizens and be in good health.
2. 遵守中国政府的法律法规和上海政法学院的校纪校规，尊重学校的教学安排。
2. Applicants shall observe the discipline and law of China, the regulations of SHUPL, and obey SHUPL’s teaching arrangement.
3. 学习目的明确，成绩优秀。
3. Applicants shall have a certain study plan with good grades.
4. 申请硕士生学历的外国留学生须具有相当于中国本科毕业的学历且年龄一般不超过 35 周岁；申请本科生学历的外国留学生须具有相当于中国高中毕业的学历且年龄一般不超过 25 周岁。
4. International students who want to apply for master degree shall be under 35 years old and have a bachelor degree; international students who want to apply for undergraduate degree shall be under 25 years old and have a high school certificate. 二、申请及录取流程 Application and Admission Process:

2.将以下申请材料发送电子邮件至上海政法学院：
Please zip the following application documents and send to us by email:
(1) «中国政府奖学金申请表»（中文或英文）；
(1) Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship (Chinese or English)
(2) 最高学历证明（原件，复印件和翻译件）。如申请人为在校生，须另外提交本人就读学校出具的预毕业证明（说明毕业时间）；
(2) Highest educational certificate (original copy, scanning copy and translation copy). If you are a student who hasn’t graduated, you should submit a pre-graduation certificate issued by your school (state the time of graduation).
(3) 最高学历成绩单（原件复印件和翻译件）；
(3) Official transcript (original copy, scanning copy and translation copy)
(4) 申请研究生专业的需提供来华学习和研究计划（中文或英文，不少于800字）；
(4) International students who want to apply for master degree shall provide a study or research plan in China. The study or research plan in China should not be less than 800 words, either in Chinese or English.
(5) 申请研究生专业的需提供两封推荐信。两名教授或者副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；
(5) Applicants for master program (PhD program) need to provide two recommendation letters, either in Chinese or in English written by Associate Professors or Professors.
(6) 《外国人体格检查表》，须用英文填写，检查结果有效期为6个月；
(6) Foreigner Physical Examination Form filled in English which shall be valid for 6 months.
(7) 可提交：学术成果、各类文化体育活动获奖证书.
(7) Supporting documents: academic achievements, certificate of honor in culture and sports.
3. 登录国家留学基金管理委员会来华留学网上报名信息平台（http://www.csc.edu.cn/studyinchina 或者www.campuschina.org）填写并提交申请，然后下载并打印申请表两份。 “受理机构代码”可向所在国留学生派遣部门咨询和索取。
3. Please log in China Scholarship Council (CSC) online registration information platform. Please click the link below: (http://www.csc.edu.cn/studyinchina or www.campuschina.org), figure out the application form and upload the application, then download and print application form (printed by two copies). You can get the “Accepting Institution Code” from the dispatch department for international students in your country.
4.我校将为审核通过的申请人开具预录取通知书，并将预录取通知书扫描件发至申请人本人。
4. SHUPL will give notice of pre admission for qualified applicants. And we will send the notice of pre admission scanning copy to applicants.
5.申请人将预录取通知书和相关申报材料递交至所在国留学生派遣部门进行审核，由派遣部门确定拟推荐候选人。
5. Applicants shall send notice of pre admission and other required documents to the dispatch department for international students in your nations. After evaluation procedures, the dispatch department will give us the name list of pre-candidates.
6.我校通过国家留学基金管理委员会来华留学网上报名信息审核平台进行再次确认，并报国家留学基金管理委员会审核。
6. SHUPL will reconfirm the registration information from China Scholarship Council (CSC) online registration information platform. And we will upload the registration information to China Scholarship Council (CSC) for auditing.
7.经国家留学基金管理委员会审核通过的申请人我校将发放正式录取通知书和JW201表。
7. SHUPL will send the Admission Notice Letter and JW201 form to the qualified applicants.
8.申请人持正式录取通知书和201表至所在国使（领）馆办理来华签证手续，并按规定时间来校办理报到手续。
8. Applicants shall take the Admission Notice Letter and JW201 form to their country’s embassy to get a study visa, come to SHUPL for registration procedures on time.
三、截止时间
The Due Date for Application:
在线申请必须在2018年4月1日前完成，材料必须在2018年4月1日前向所在国留学生派遣部门递交完成。
The online application shall be finished by April 1st, 2018. All documents shall be uploaded to the international student management department by April 1st, 2018.
