为了给留学生提供一个走出校园，了解当代中国发展、体验当代中国文化的机会,我院特组织上海政法学院国际交流学院2018年留学生“感知中国”社会实践考察活动。欢迎广大留学生报名参加，现将有关具体事宜通知如下：
In order to provide an opportunity for international students to go out of the campus, understand the development of contemporary China and experience contemporary Chinese culture, our college specially organized the 2018"Perceive China" social practice inspection activity of School of International and Exchange of Shanghai University of Political Science and Law. International students are welcome to enroll in the activity. We will now inform you of the following details:

参观兰亭，鲁迅故居，中国黄酒博物馆
柯岩、鉴湖、鲁镇
活动费用 Expenses

780元/人
Original price: 780 yuan/person

参加社会实践活动的留学生需先行支付200元/人的活动费用，并于活动结束提交相关活动作品后，学院将按照作品质量评定结果予以返还相应的活动费用，相关评定规则如下：
Students participating in the social practice activities need to pay 200 yuan per person in advance. After the activity work is submitted, the college will return the cost according to the result of the work quality assessment. The relevant rules are as follows:
1、活动作品分为两类，留学生可根据自身实际情况进行自由选择。一是活动创意摄影（每人提交五幅并配相应的文字说明），二是1000字左右的活动感想。所有作品需以电子版形式，在行程结束后10天内（12月6日之前）提交到邮箱djbxingxing@163.com。
The activity works can be provided in two categories. The students can choose freely according to their own actual conditions. One is active creative photography (each person submits five photos and matches the corresponding text description), and the other is the activity feeling writing (about 1000 words). All works should be submitted in electronic form within 10 days (before December 6th) after the end of the trip to the email djbxingxing@163.com.

2、评选规则及相应返还金额：
学院将组织教师及学生代表进行作品评选，按照学生提交的作品内容、质量等评出一、二、三等奖及优秀奖，相应名额及返还金额如下（在规定时间内，不提交任何作品者视为放弃评选资格，其活动费用将不予返还），入选作品将收录进《上海政法学院留学生“感知中国”作品集》：
The selection rules and the corresponding return amount of money:
Teachers and students representatives will be organized to select the works. According to the content and quality of the works submitted by the students, the first, second, third and outstanding awards will be selected. The corresponding quota and the amount of money returned are as follows (those who do not submit any works will be considered as giving up their eligibility for the selection, and the full cost of their activities will not be returned within the specified time limit). The selected works will be included in "Shanghai University of Politics and International Students Perceived China Collection of Works":
（1）一等奖人数占总参加人数的10%，学院将返还其150元活动费用，给予实践学分（0.5分）认定，并颁发奖状；
The number of the first prize accounts for 10 percent of the total number of participants, the college will return the activity fee of 150 yuan, reward practice credit of 0.5 points, and certificate of award;

（2）二等奖人数占总参加人数的20%，学院将返还其100元活动费用，给予实践学分（0.5分）认定，并颁发奖状；
The number of the second prize accounts for 20% of the total number of participants, the college will return the activity fee of 100 yuan, reward the practice credit of 0.5 points, and certificate of award;

（3）三等奖人数占总参加人数的40%，学院将返还其50元活动费用，给予实践学分（0.5分）认定，并颁发奖状；
The number of third prize accounts for 40% of the total number of participants. The college will return the activity fee of 50 yuan, reward a practical credit of 0.5 points and certificate of award.

（4）其余未获奖同学，凡提交相关作品被认定为合格者，将给予实践学分（0.5分）认定。
The rest of the outstanding students who submit the relevant works as qualified will be given the practice credits (0.5 points) .
“报名时间及方式
Time and way of registration
报名时间：11月14日、15日、16日，9:00-11:00, 13:00-15:00
Registration time: November 14, 15, 16, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
报名地点：104办公室
Place of registration: Office 104
活动名额：28人
Number of participators: 28
报名方式：报名学生需本人到办公室现场填表并交齐费用，不接受他人代报名，不现场缴齐费用的报名无效，按照填表时间先后进行排序，报满即止。报名费用一经收取不予退还。
Registration way: Students should fill out the form and pay all the fees in the office on his/her own. Registration on behalf of others is not accepted. The registration that does not pay the full fee on the spot is invalid. According to the order of registration time the first 18 students will be considered as successfully registration. After the payment of registration, the fee will not be paid back no matter the person go or not.
